Could This Company Do for Housing What Tesla Did for Cars?

Most car factories like Ford or Tesla reportedly build one car per minute. Isn’t it time we do that for houses?

BOXABL believes they have the potential to disrupt a massive and outdated trillion dollar building construction market by bringing assembly line automation to the home industry.

Since securing their initial prototype order from SpaceX and a subsequent project order of 156 homes from the Department of Defense, BOXABL has made substantial strides in streamlining their manufacturing and order process. BOXABL is now delivering to developers and consumers. And they just reserved the ticker symbol BXBL on Nasdaq*.

BOXABL has raised over $170M from over 40,000 investors since 2020. They recently achieved a significant milestone: raising over 50% of their Reg A+ funding limit! BOXABL is now only accepting investment on their website until the Reg A+ is full.

📈 Stocks Surge After Trump Unveils UK Trade Deal, Says More Are Coming
Stocks pushed higher Thursday after the U.S. struck a trade deal with the U.K., as President Trump teased that more agreements are coming and hinted at possible tariff relief for China. The Dow and S&P 500 rose 0.6%, with the Nasdaq up 1.1%, though all closed well off their highs. Trump called the U.K. deal the first in a series, setting the stage for critical U.S.-China talks this weekend that could ease the over 100% tariffs choking trade and fueling inflation fears.

🚗 Detroit Three automakers blast Trump UK trade deal
Detroit’s Big Three are slamming Trump’s U.K. trade deal, warning it could undercut U.S. automakers by making it cheaper to import British cars than ones built under the USMCA. The agreement allows 100,000 U.K. vehicles into the U.S. at a 10% tariff, far below the 25% rate on cars from Mexico or Canada, despite higher American parts content in those vehicles. The American Automotive Policy Council called the move harmful to U.S. automakers, suppliers, and workers, and fears it may set a damaging precedent for future deals.

📉 Google bounces after Apple's AI search plan triggered a 7% sell-off
Alphabet shares bounced back 2% Thursday after Wall Street banks stepped in to defend the stock, following a 7% slide sparked by reports that Apple may add AI-powered search engines like Perplexity to Safari. Google, which pays Apple $20 billion annually to remain the default search, saw usage drop on Safari last month for the first time ever, according to Apple exec Eddy Cue, as users increasingly explore AI-driven alternatives.

🚀 Ethereum Surges 25% to $2,300
Ethereum surged 25% Thursday and held steady into Friday after Trump announced a major trade deal with the U.K., sparking a "risk-on" rally across markets. Though the deal doesn't directly impact crypto, traders are betting that easing global trade tensions, especially with China, could boost confidence in high-risk assets like crypto. With uncertainty fading, the crypto bull-run could continue.

🇬🇧 Why UK Stocks didn’t surge like the US on trade deal
The U.K. just became the first country to strike a trade deal with the U.S., sparking back-to-back gains across U.S. markets, while the FTSE 100 in London slipped. Though Britain scored limited concessions, like a tariff break on 100,000 car exports and talks on metal levies, the U.S. retained a 10% tariff on U.K. imports and kept its trade surplus intact, leading analysts to say Washington clearly got the better end of the deal.

What’s new with Crypto?

ETH exploded 20% Thursday, kicking off a powerful crypto rally that saw over $750 million in shorts liquidated, the biggest single-day hit to bears since 2023.

Altcoins followed ETH’s lead: DOGE, ADA, and SOL jumped over 10%, while BNB and XRP notched solid 7%+ gains. Binance and OKX alone accounted for $500 million in those liquidations, fueled by renewed bullish sentiment and excitement over the U.S.-U.K. trade deal.

But the bigger story brewing quietly is the rise of tokenized real-world assets (RWAs).

Superstate recently debuted a platform to tokenize SEC-registered equities, with Canadian firm SOL Strategies set to be its first listing.

Deloitte's latest report, Digital Dividends, projects commercial real estate tokenization to scale dramatically by 2035, highlighting how blockchain is reshaping asset management.

One great example is Chintai, licensed by Singapore’s MAS, now supports $675M in tokenized value. Their platform is onboarding real estate income streams and debt funds, like RealNOI’s $570M in rental revenue and Kin Capital’s $100M tokenized debt product, offering investors access to alternative yield without the operational headaches.

RWA is definitely one trend we recommend you keep an eye on over the next year or two.
