Disrupting the $300B Tire Industry with NASA Technology (Sponsor)
For decades, the tire industry has lacked innovation. All the major players produce similar products, from Goodyear to Bridgestone, Michelin, Continental and more.
All of that is changing. First developed with over 12 years of research at NASA, The SMART Tire Company develops longer lasting, airless tires that not only promise to cut down on maintenance, but save on fuel costs and offer an eco-friendly alternative to conventional tires.
STC has already landed a PoC with Hyundai/Kia, Global 500 aerospace clients, and has thousands of cyclists anxiously waiting to try out their METL bike tire. The company owns key patents and has a Space Act Agreement with NASA for further research.
So, how can you join the first tire revolution in your lifetime? Easy. STC is a US-based startup accepting investments from just $100 through RegCF crowdfunding. Investing Journal readers can learn all about the opportunity here.

Europe Stocks Pause as China’s Growth Goal Disappoints (4 minute read)
Investors are biting their nails to see if US Treasury yields will come back down from their recent highs and figuring out what to make of China's not-so-impressive economic growth target. Europe's Stoxx 600 index is only slightly better after the news, as Beijing isn't expected to hand out a massive economic stimulus. But hey, at least some analysts think this means we won't have to deal with skyrocketing prices from China!
